Saket is a behavioural scientist, advisor, and public speaker with 4+ years of industry experience across finance, strategic consulting, and marketing. His love for strategy and numbers drove him to Morgan Stanley, where he led projects, managed teams, and leverage behavioural science to optimise processes. Acting on specific behavioural observations, Saket was awarded the Spot Award for spearheading behavioural change initiatives to reduce operational risk incidents worth $100 million.

The thirst to apply learnings from human behaviour drove Saket to the London School of Economics where he pursued his MSc in Behavioural Science. Inspired by the behavioural science realm and with a desire to evangelise it, Saket has worked on industry-wide behavioural challenges ranging from referee bias to understanding childhood animal abuse. His dissertation at LSE focused on the study of behavioural cues and specific linguistic markers in individuals' communication of suicide ideation. Saket has partnered with a neuropsychiatrist affiliated with the NHS, to tackle medical adherence related challenges amongst pregnant women with epilepsy.


Saket serves as an advisor to C-suite executives, where he proposes behavioural and strategic insights to overcome organisational challenges. With innovation at the forefront, Saket utilizes his strong academic background and work experience to propose behaviourally informed solutions.

Saket has spent 3+ years with Toastmasters International, a public speaking platform, where he has mentored 75+ students and evaluated over 150+ speeches. Aside from helping students overcome their fear of public speaking, he was also invited to conducted 5+ sessions on the art of impromptu speaking.


Saket is a state-level 10m Air-Pistol Shooter, an international chess player, and an ukulelist. Outside of work, you can find him learning a new sport, or reading a book with a hot beverage in hand.
